PMP® Certification Course - On-site Training
When you earn Project Management Professional (PMP)® certification through the Project Management Institute (PMI), you will position yourself for the best and most lucrative job opportunities. No matter what industry you choose to work in, certification will be an asset as you move forward in your career. This intensive 7-week course prepares participants for the PMP® certification exam. Learn the Project Management Body of Knowledge, (PMBOK® Guide), as well as tools and techniques required to pass the PMP® exam. This is a PMI® Authorized PMP® Exam Prep Course; therefore we use PMI® course materials and practice questions.

This course is designed for individuals who have on-the-job project management experience regardless of whether their formal job role is project manager, who are not certified project management professionals, and who might or might not have received formal project management training. The course enables candidates to develop professionally, increase their project management skills, apply a formalized and standards-based approach to project management, and seek career advancement by moving into a formal project manager job role, as well as to apply for the Project Management Professional (PMP)® certification.
PMP candidates must have completed a bachelor’s degree (or the equivalent) in any major, 35 hours of project management education, and a minimum of 3 years of related work experience – at least 4,500 hours guiding and managing projects. Individuals with a high school diploma (or equivalent) but less than a bachelor’s degree are still eligible for PMP certification, but require 35 hours of professional education and a minimum of 5 years of experience – at least 7,500 hours guiding and managing projects.

The Project Management Professional (PMP)® Certification Course is offered in an instructor-led online/on-demand format, in-person at our Grand Rapids campus, and instructor-led virtual/livestream format.
