As a sales person, if you start thinking about negotiation when the customer asks, "can you do better" it's too late. Ensuring the customer understands the true value of your solution is the key to closing sales at a price everyone is happy with. Negoti8 will provide you with an ability to understand the 'why' of negotiation with customers. Learning the 4 D's of negotiation: Dialogue, Define, Decide, & Deliver, and will help ensure you close more sales, more profitably and ensure the customer is still satisfied.
