Building a Culture of Trust
The Building a Culture of Trust training program has been created to aid leaders in evaluating, boosting, and amplifying trust within their organizations. This program is suitable for both Front-Line Leaders and Leaders of Leaders. Through deep self-reflection exercises, leaders will gain insight into their behaviors and how they may unknowingly damage trust. Additionally, the program will assist leaders in identifying opportunities to build and reinforce trust with various stakeholders such as colleagues, employees, customers, clients, family and friends. By participating in this training, both existing and aspiring leaders will learn about the 12 principles of trust building, develop the ability to leverage their competencies and character for optimal trust, understand how cultural trends and market forces impact organizational trust and business outcomes, and gain insight into how facing adversity can affect trust. The program will help enhance organizational efficiency by introducing new approaches for earning and continuously enhancing trust across the organization. After the session, there will be a personal action planning session followed by 30-60-90-day virtual group touchpoints for reviewing and refining individual action plans. There is also an option for an interactive PDF action plan for further enhancement.
