MSP® Practitioner Course

The MSP® Practitioner Course provides the opportunity to see how MSP® can be used on real programs and prepares participants for the MSP® Practitioner exam. This is a practical eLearning course aimed primarily at program managers, experienced project managers, program support staff and senior managers in all areas.

OBJECTIVES OF THE COURSE

Upon completion of this course, participants will achieve a detailed and practical understanding of the MSP program management methodology. Participants will learn how to use MSP for programs of all sizes and types, avoiding unnecessary overhead and getting maximum benefit.
