AXELOS® ProPath Project Expert - This certification aims to help candidates gain a holistic awareness of how traditional projects work, as well as consistent results, optimised efficiency and maximised benefits. It also focuses on best practices for risk management for projects of varying size and complexity. It covers PRINCE2, Managing Successful Programmes (MSP) and Management of Risk (M_o_R).
What qualifications are included in ProPath?
The ProPath certification route requires candidates to pass the Practitioner certification exam for a number of frameworks. These include:

Managing Successful Programmes (MSP)- MSP is a programme management framework based on best practices. It is designed to optimise the alignment between programme, project and organisational strategy while improving business agility. Its principles, processes and themes help candidates create clear but flexible roadmaps for the programme lifecycle.
Management of risk (M_o_R)- Today, the business world is more volatile and uncertain than ever. M_o_R is a risk management framework that helps candidates identify, assess and control risks at all levels, from strategic planning to day-to-day operations. It also helps drive effective decision-making and optimise the chances of success across the organisation.
