PRINCE2 Agile Foundation is a newly developed certification level to support PRINCE2 Agile. PRINCE2 Agile Practitioner is an add-on module tailored for forward-thinking organizations and individuals already benefiting from PRINCE2.

PRINCE2 Agile combines the management and control elements of PRINCE2® with an agile approach to producing the products. PRINCE2 provides a lot of guidance on how to organize and design decision-making around a project, while Agile offers an effective method for incremental and iterative product development.

PRINCE2 Agile provides structure, guidance and control in environments where agile concepts, methods and techniques are used. There are no prerequisites for the PRINCE2 Agile Foundation certification.

To attend the PRINCE2 Agile Practitioner course, you must have one of the following certificates:

EXAMS AND CERTIFICATION

Take your exam when you are ready, when you have time and wherever you are..!

The exam will be taken online giving you the convenient choice of writing the exam at home or in the office, at a time that suits you!

What we need is a computer with internet for the exam and webcam (ProctorU). The exam is included in this PRINCE2 eLearning package. Very flexible!

The PRINCE2 Agile Foundation exam format is as follows:

• Conducted on the last day of class
• Exam type: Multiple choice
• Number of questions: 50
• Pass requirement: 55% correct
• Duration: 75 min

The PRINCE2 Agile Practitioner exam format is as follows:

• Objective testing
• 50 questions worth one point
• 30 points or more required to pass 50 questions - 60% mark
• Two and a half hours (150 minutes) duration, no additional reading time
• Open book exam (official PRINCE2 Agile guide only).
