ABOUT THE COURSE

PRINCE2 Agile combines the flexibility and responsiveness of agile with the clearly defined framework of PRINCE2®. PRINCE2 Agile has been created for those organisations and individuals who use PRINCE2 but recognise the benefits of applying agile methods. It provides guidance on how to practically apply both PRINCE2 and agile, reducing conflict and implementing effectively, allowing you to benefit from the best of both worlds. 

DURATION

This course will take you approximately 16 hours to complete.

PRE-REQUISITES

In order to take the PRINCE2 Agile Practitioner examination, a candidate must hold a current version of any of the below certifications:

• PRINCE2 Foundation
• PRINCE2 Agile Foundation
• Project Management Professional (PMP)®
• Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM)®
• IPMA Level A® (Certified Projects Director)
• IPMA Level B® (Certified Senior Project Manager)
• IPMA Level C® (Certified Project Manager)
• IPMA Level D® (Certified Project Management Associate)

The purpose of the Practitioner qualification is to demonstrate that you can apply and tailor PRINCE2 Agile in a scenario situation.
A successful Practitioner candidate should be able to start applying the method to a real project but may not be sufficiently skilled to do this appropriately for all situations. Your individual project management expertise, complexity of the project and the support provided for the use of PRINCE2 Agile in your work environment will all be factors that impact what you can achieve.

EXAM FORMAT

• Objective testing
• 50 questions each worth one mark
• 30 marks or more required to pass out of 50 questions - 60% pass mark
• Two-and-a-half hours’ (150 minutes) duration, no additional reading time
• Open book exam (official PRINCE2 Agile guide only)

Exams are taken online via remote proctor. You will be sent an email invitation within 48 hours of your purchase to register on the Peoplecert portal. Once registered you will be able to book your online exam at a date and time of your choice. You are responsible for booking your own exam.
