Course description
Management of Value (MoV®) Foundation - Online Classroom (exam included)
Management of Value® provides a systematic method for defining value for organizations and communicating it clearly to maximize value across portfolios, programs, projects, and operations. It reflects the organization’s strategic objectives on the portfolio level. It sets the agenda for the program that delivers these objectives, defining the projects undertaken to achieve the required outputs. Management of Value (MoV®) has evolved from the tried and successful practice of value management across many sectors over many years. The MoV guidance aligns the established methods with the AXELOS-owned Programme and Project Management guidance. The direction describes methods that are not new, but their use is often overlooked or misapplied.
