Management of Risk (M_o_R®) Foundation & Practitioner - eLearning (exam included)
Management of Risk (M_o_R) is a general framework for managing risk in all areas of an organization - strategic, program, project and operational. It includes all activities necessary to identify and control exposure to any type of risk, positive or negative, that may affect the achievement of your organization's business objectives.The bulk of the course consists of ten sessions covering the principles, approach, processes, embedding & review and perspectives of the Management of Risk guidelines. The course also covers risk health checks, the Management of Risk maturity model and risk management specialties.
Course Description
Our eLearning training is very practical. The training includes case studies, interactive exercises and an exam simulator to test your knowledge before taking the real exam. This M_o_R Foundation training course has a pass rate of almost 100%. The course takes about 12 hours, which is equivalent to a three-day workshop.
The training is divided into a number of lessons, which combine leading multimedia and interactive exercises with theory. Learning with this elearning is fun, practical and gives you all the knowledge you need to pass the exam, as well as to apply immediately in your work. When you finish your training, you can test your knowledge with the MoP exam simulator. When you have answered more than 60% correctly, you can apply for the real M_o_R Foundation exam. The two official online exams are part of this eLearning training.

- The 4 main M_o_R processes Identify, Assess, Plan and Implement, along with associated process inputs, outputs, goals, tasks and techniques.
Embed and view M_o_R
- This session looks at changing organizational culture, measuring value and overcoming common barriers to implementing Risk Management, along with identifying opportunities for change.
M_o_R Perspectives
- The M_o_R guideline describes the context of Risk Management from 4 different perspectives. These are Strategic, Program, Project and Operational and this session will look at each of these perspectives in a little more detail.
M_o_R health check & Maturity model
- M_o_R health monitoring tool, its purpose, process and framework
