Course description
Inclusive Leadership
Among employees and their employers there is a demand to create workplaces where every individual feels welcomed, valued, and respected for who they are and their contributions, no matter their gender, age, sexual orientation, race, physical abilities, work experience, or education. In other words, the time is now to create a truly inclusive organization.
If diversity and inclusion is a business imperative for your organization, inclusion training for people leaders is key, but it needs to go a step beyond a textbook definition or passive-aggressive lecture. What leaders actually need is highly relevant knowledge on the topic of diversity and inclusion, accompanied by tools they can use to put their newfound understanding into practice.
In Inclusive Leadership, your leaders get exactly that. Through a dynamic mixture of self-directed learning in our online portal and live facilitator-led sessions, your leaders build a greater understanding and deeper conviction to inspire change with every module. By the end of which they will have covered the basics of the topic, defined who is responsible for diversity and inclusion, learned what it means to adopt an inclusion mindset, practiced inclusive communication, and worked alongside their peers and facilitator to apply it all. What this means is each of your leaders will walk away not only educated and inspired, but ready.
