Course description
Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging Panel Discussion
The results of this year’s American Management Association (AMA) Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging Survey confirm that simply having a diversity & inclusion (D&I) policy in place does not effectively solve the problem of discriminatory practices, whether deliberate or unconscious.
Please join us as we discuss the results of this survey, and their implications, in an online panel discussion for both AMA members and non-members. Composed of D&I experts, the panel will detail the specific results and take a deeper dive into each topic, and in turn will offer you specific solutions during the Q&A portion of the program.
