Culture OCAI Workshop
Develop an effective organizational culture and work with culture so it doesn't work against your organization: use the validated Organizational Culture Assessment Instrument (OCAI) for diagnosing and changing organizational culture, developed by University of Michigan professors Kim Cameron & Robert Quinn.
The Culture Workshop helps to reach consensus of the needed culture change, or even a detailed plan of how to change specific behaviors, plus other necessary changes in structures and processes. The actual outcome depends on your organization.
Some teams go very fast, others might need more time to reach consensus on the preferred culture. You might need follow-up meetings to further detail the How-To-Change Plan for the organization. This 1-day facilitated culture workshop is often enough for the team to continue on their own.
The Culture Workshop uses the change approach described in Marcella Bremer's book “Organizational Culture Change: Unleash your Organization’s Potential in Circles of 10”.
First, your team or organization assesses the current and preferred culture with the online OCAI survey.
Next, in the Culture Workshop we work with your OCAI assessment results to:
- Understand the quantified culture profile
- Specify current culture
- Reality check of the desired culture
- Specify preferred culture
- Develop a How-to-change plan
