Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Strategy
Train HR professionals to define a four-step process for creating an effective diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) strategy to improve DEI in the workplace throughout the employee lifecycle and all areas of the organization.
This 1.5-hour online course is part of McLean & Company's Culture Certificate within our McLean Academy learning platform, and completed courses count toward CPD/PDC hours and credits. McLean Academy is a self-paced eLearning program for HR professionals. The curriculum is built around McLean's HR framework and provides practical, outcome-driven advice on tackling HR initiatives.
