Course description
In recent years, diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I) has taken a position front-and-center in many organizations. As the social justice movement in 2020 galvanized activism and new conversations around race, privilege, and the critical importance of inclusion, organizations began to explore their own culture of inclusion and belonging. This course will enable you to make DE&I more than just a buzz word — you’ll learn how to embed inclusion into your organization culture in all facets. The goal of this session is to increase your ability to shape a workplace culture of inclusion and belonging, where all employees feel visible and valued.
