Course description
The objective of this course is to prepare a practicing project manager, architect, designer, contractor, or aspiring student for the role of Project Manager: Furniture, Fixtures and Equipment across industries including Construction. This project management program integrates the various aspects of the role of the Project Manager in designing, purchasing, and placement of FF&E in collaboration with architects, construction managers, engineers, and interior designers to deliver on a commercial project that meets the expectations of the client and needs of the end user.
