How to Have Difficult Conversations About Race
This session offers practical guidance on how to have difficult conversations around race. Themes focus on strategies and skills tied to addressing race and privilege as they show up day-to-day. Co-facilitated by a cross-cultural team of LCW experts, the session will create space for tackling tough subjects in today’s context, and equip participants to come away with insights regarding what is top of mind for Black and People of Color colleagues and tools for having racial discourse in a corporate context. Includes options for HR Upskilling,Combating Microaggressions Coaching Clinic, and Becoming an Ally Coaching Clinic.
