Leading Change
Participants will be introduced to tips and tools to increase their effectiveness as leaders in the context of workplace change. This session is designed to build understanding of the key elements of the change process so that they can actively navigate through the continuous shifts in the workplace environment. This is an interactive session that utilizes lecturettes, small and large group activities to increase knowledge, practice the techniques, and reinforce concepts.
