Managing Benefits provides organizations with guidance on how to focus on what measurable benefits they need to meet the organization's strategic objectives. This allows them to focus limited resources on the most beneficial activities. The purpose of Managing Benefits is to provide managers and practitioners from multiple disciplines, working in a wide variety of organizations, with broadly applicable guidance covering the principles, methods and techniques of benefits realization.
Managing Benefits™ includes:
- An overview of what benefits realization is
- Description of the seven principles on which successful Benefits Management is based and how to apply them in practice
- Description of the five practices that make up the Benefits Management cycle and how to apply them.
- Guidance on how to implement and apply Benefits Management at different levels of the organization.
The purpose of the Managing Benefits training and certification is to provide leaders and practitionersfrom different industries, organizations and departments with practical tools that guide them through benefits realization principles, application and techniques.
Certification in this course will ensure that any change or investment in a company generates the greatest positive outcome and the least negative outcome possible. The course will provide you with a framework of principles and practical tools to effectively get started with integration in your organization.

Please note that the courses can be in Swedish or English. There are no Swedish exams or materials available for this training and official certification.

- 40 minutes
- Candidates need at least 25 correct answers (50%) to pass the exam.
- Upon passing the exam, you will receive a Managing Benefits Foundation certificate from APMG.
