Course description
Impromptu Communication
Not all communication is scripted. The reality for leaders today is that they are always on stage, and some of their most important and frequent opportunities to inspire others are unexpected. It’s crucial that leaders seize these impromptu leadership opportunities by communicating in the moment with as much intention and impact as they do in more formal opportunities. This module uses improv exercises to help learners become comfortable being present and tapping into their leadership communication skills on the fly.
