Course description
Handling Questions and Answers
A well-led question and answer period can be a valuable opportunity for both the speaker and their audience to connect with and learn from one another. Unfortunately, Q&A's create a lot of unknowns for speakers. The fear this causes can be difficult to overcome, especially if the rest of the communication is thoroughly scripted.
In this module, your leaders will practice using a simple methodology to respond to difficult or unexpected questions with message-driven, audience-centered answers. By giving learners a chance to practice in a low-risk environment, with the support of their peers, your leaders return to work less fearful of questions and more confident in their ability to provide clear answers.
