Course description
Active Listening
The best communicators know that listening is an active practice. Whether you are facilitating dialogue, seeking feedback or ideas, or navigating conflicting viewpoints, your ability to listen in a way that accurately captures and builds on others’ thinking is crucial. This module shows participants how to use active listening as a tool in any situation where their listening will be as crucial as their message. They will learn a simple technique that will help them listen more deeply and demonstrate to others that they have been heard.
