The Balanced Scorecard Institute and KPI.org lines of business provide training and professional certification programs under the umbrella of the Strategy Management Group (SMG). We certify leaders, managers, analysts, and other strategy professionals in Balanced Scorecard, Key Performance Indicator development, Strategic Project Management and other related topics. Our programs are taught by experts who have consulted for commercial, non-profit and government organizations around the globe in the fields of strategy, measurement, execution, and leadership. Participants learn proven, team-based methodologies for systematically focusing on strategy, improving organizational performance, aligning activities with strategy, and prioritizing. SMG has co-certified, through our partnership with The George Washington University Center for Excellence in Public Leadership, over 4,500 BSC Professionals and 3,000 KPI Professionals since 2005 and is one of only two organizations in the world that are Registered Education Providers for BOTH the Association for Strategic Planning and the Project Management Institute.
