Introduction to Salesforce Analytics - Building Reports and Dashboards: 1-Day / 5-Hour Course
Stony Point has developed this virtual training course to provide students with the skills and abilities to utilize the basic and advanced analytic capabilities of Salesforce. This virtual course is taught by a live instructor who will lead students through exercises to create tabular, summary, matrix and join reports. Further, all participants of this 1-day training course will learn advanced reporting functionality such as charting, report summary fields, bucket fields, conditional highlighting, advanced report filters and building custom report types, as well as how to create and run dashboards and schedule and email reports and dashboards.
All course participants will receive a practice learning environment during hands-on exercises in the course. Once the course has been completed, students may keep and continue to use this learning environment indefinitely without any additional fee.
