Course description
PRESENTING VIP INTROS, AWARD CEREMONIES & TOASTS: Making the Right Impression with Wording and Style
Every time you are expected to be on stage, how you come across and what you say can impact your career positively – or negatively. Failing to introduce a dignitary properly, or being awkward accepting or presenting an award can cause embarrassment and do damage to your reputation along with your organization’s. Having the ability to craft a memorable toast can put you on path to other speaking opportunities. In this session, participants will learn how to master all four vital leadership speaking skills.
In this fun and practical session, participants learn how to structure content for the four key ceremonial speaking situations most often experienced by leaders. They also have the opportunity to practice preparing to shine for both last-minute and planned presentations.
