Intended Audience
This is for anyone new to being responsible for leading people, teams and initiatives, whether they supervise people or not.
Training content
NLS provides an overview of the distinction between Authority and Leadership, and how each suits certain categories of work for which they are responsible. Participants will have a chance to experience the choices they will face, get feedback from peers and finish the seminar with a plan to focus and amplify their natural leadership attributes.

- Giving and Getting feedback
- Making Progress on Things That Matter
Costs
Depending on the size of the group, OAA can create 1- and 2-day versions of the program tailored to the relevant issues facing the organization. It is highly recommended that groups in excess of 15 participants attend a two-day version.
Pricing is $10,000/day.
