Case Studies Library
The Omega Performance Case Study Library is an innovative, three-part learning solution that helps your commercial lenders and analysts gain valuable credit experience quickly, without exposing your organization to risk.
First, participants individually analyze a case study loan opportunity. Then they formulate and submit their loan recommendations to a credit expert, either from your organization or an Omega Performance facilitator. The expert reviews the recommendations and then convenes a Credit Solutions Roundtable, during which participants recive real-time feedback on the strengths and weaknesses of their submissions.
This blended learning solution is designed to be flexible. You can use it to give our staff opportunities to apply skills and knowledge obtained during our Commercial Loans to Small Business or Commercial Loans to Business courses, as well as to evaluate the skills of incoming lenders and credit analysts, or to provide continuing education opportunities for experienced employees.

- Cases based on a variety of businesses, industries, and issues to expose learners to a variety of possible lending scenarios
- An engaging virtual workspace that allows learners to gather information about the borrower similar to the way they would in real life
- A set of eight critical decision points to guide learners through their analysis
- An opportunity for learners to articulate and justify thier recommendations and re-evaluate them based on the feedback they receive
