In this course, How to Have Conversations About Mental Health, Certified Corporate Wellness Specialist Mike Veny will share best practices for discussing mental health with employees. You will learn considerations related to the American Disabilities Act and Family Medical Leave Act, examples of reasonable accommodations, how the HIPAA Privacy Rule applies to the workplace, and some specific strategies for planning for, facilitating, and following up on conversations with employees about mental health.
