This course will train HR professionals to identify critical roles at all levels to include in succession planning, group similar roles so that they may share a talent pool, and populate talent pools through calibration processes. Succession planning ensures that there are highly qualified people in all key leadership roles – not just today, but in the short- and long-term future.
