Career Path
Train HR professionals to define the following steps in a career path: determine goals of a career path program, identify types of careers moves to highlight and how to feature them, and set a plan to launch and maintain the program.
This 1.5-hour online course is part of McLean & Company's Talent Management Certificate within our McLean Academy learning platform, and completed courses count toward CPD/PDC hours and credits.
