Course description
We’ll wrap up the workshop by exploring how expertise is not the same as leadership. In fact, when individuals lead from a place of expertise - that is, constantly giving their team ‘the’ solution - they steal growth opportunities away from their team. With Level 52's tools for transformation, leaders learn how to re-frame their role away from ‘always having the answer’ to instead being the custodian of their team’s growth and development. Team engagement improves, team members feel more valued and space is created for growth and innovation.
