Course description
Managing Inclusively: What You Need to Know about Your Black Talent
Where is the Black talent in your organization or team? How are you ensuring this talent has access to the opportunities, relationships and networks they need to advance? In this workshop co-facilitated by a culture native and culture ally, people managers are guided through a journey to increase culturally competency and understand the experience of their Black employees. Participants reflect on how they and/or their teams/peers may be contributing to this experience—positively and negatively and practice what they can do better and differently on an organizational level and as leaders.
