Course description
Leading Across Culture & Generations
The Leading Across Culture & Generations training program is designed to equip leaders with the necessary skills to manage and lead across different cultures and generations. The training program is suitable for both Front-Line Leaders and Leaders of Leaders. By completing the program, leaders will learn to effectively communicate and connect with people from different age groups and cultural backgrounds. Additionally, they will gain an understanding and appreciation of the unique values, beliefs, and work habits of different generations. The program enables leaders to view generational differences as collaboration, problem-solving, and innovation opportunities. It will also enhance cross-cultural leadership skills by increasing the leaders' understanding of culture and its impact on global working relationships, communication, and leadership styles. Upon completing the training, leaders will have learned best practices to align cultural values and generational expectations. They will understand the importance of adapting and being flexible to the individual cultures they lead and know how to foster organizational respect and appreciation for each culture's contributions to the workplace. The training program includes a post-training reinforcement plan to strengthen the learning, including personal action planning, virtual group touchpoints for action plan reviews, and an interactive PDF action plan.
