Course description
Inclusive Leadership
The Inclusive Leadership training program is designed to help leaders embrace individual differences and leverage them for competitive advantage by focusing on six key attributes. Through discussions and experiential exercises, participants will gain insight into how traditional notions of leadership evolve and will work to optimize their leadership effectiveness and impact within the new world of work. This training program is suitable for both Front-Line Leaders and Leaders of Leaders. Upon completion of the course, learners will have a greater awareness of biases and cultural blind spots that may erode their leadership effectiveness and impact. They will be able to openly discuss perceptions of bias and exclusion with employees and colleagues, allowing those who may have felt marginalized or excluded to feel seen and heard. Through authentic dialogues, participants will work together to create a more engaging and energizing work environment, which drives productivity. After completing the training program, employees will have access to 30-60-90 day virtual group touchpoint, where they can review their action plan, design an individual action plan, and access an interactive pdf action plan.
