Course description
The Inclusive Leadership Certificate prepares individuals to lead high-performing groups and to champion diversity, equity, and inclusion in their organizations. As businesses and organizations compete for a diverse market of consumers, clients, and talent, the ability to leverage the power of diverse teams is a critical skill.
This certificate is designed to help current and future leaders gain a more comprehensive understanding of workplace diversity and how a leader’s conduct affects the self-confidence and job performance of fellow employees. Experienced faculty from the Kelley School will help you identify specific strategies to increase inclusive leadership competencies and organizational effectiveness.

Course delivery details
Format: Online program comprising four courses. Each course begins the first full week of the month and runs for three consecutive weeks. Students will attend all four courses to earn the certificate. The program includes a weekly 90-minute live session with faculty and all students. These sessions are recorded and posted for those who may not be able to attend.
Estimated Time Commitment: Three to four hours per week including the weekly live session.
Costs
Flexible Pricing: All four courses taken together cost $3,200. Taken separately, each three-week course costs $895. Those registering for the entire certificate save $380.
