Course description
How to Keep an Inclusive Culture with a Remote Workforce
With your workforce working remotely, it is the responsibility of all employees—leaders, managers and individual contributors—to help maintain an inclusive culture. Inclusive teams and organizations bring value to all stakeholders, and improve the daily and routine work practices and behaviors that will need to be in place to maximize diverse perspectives.
You will need to be a continuous learner with an active curiosity about yourself and about others’ perspectives, develop self-awareness, and manage conflict effectively. With these skills, you are positioning yourself to create an environment where you and your colleagues can contribute your ideas, perspectives and strengths at work, and to realize team and organizational success.
