Generational Diversity
Generationally diverse teams have the advantage of tapping into the unique strengths of each generation while simultaneously compensating for their blind spots. Using techniques from improvisation, we will uncover and address the issues that bridge generational gaps, lead to innovation, and circumvent misunderstandings and costly mistakes.
