The agile project team uses this document as an ongoing reference to guide project work and support decision making. Therefore, having an accurate vision and scope document is crucial for the successful execution of an agile project. In this course, we show how to write problem and vision statements and how to clearly identify a project's scope. We discuss assumptions, constraints, and their impact on possible solutions. Finally, we cover success criteria and learn how to write SMART goals. You will then put what you have learned into practice by developing a project vision and scope document.
