Offering an expanded IT-Ready Technical Support Program to train and prepare adults for their first IT jobs, CompTIA Tech Career Academy includes hard technical skills training needed to pass CompTIA A+ certification as well as soft skills and career services.

Handling the variety of tasks on the help desk builds a new technologist’s hard technical and soft professional skills — positioning you for career advancement. Help desk work also exposes you to multiple IT disciplines, offering valuable insight into which specialization might suit best you later in your career.

CompTIA Tech offers mentoring, the ability to continue to build community, a classroom feeling, and academic advisers and instructors available outside of classroom hours. In response to the COVID-19 health situation, all CompTIA Tech classes have been moved from the physical classroom to our online learning platform.

Through our custom training operations, we have conducted online classrooms for our technical support programs for more than a year, honing our instructor techniques and expertise. We are confident in our ability to provide high-quality training to our students – whether in the classroom or online.

Classes run 9am – 4pm Monday-Friday for 8 weeks. It is an intense program, but this kind of dedicated boot camp gets you prepared quickly and thoroughly for your future tech career.

We work with students that have little to no experience in IT and prepares you not just for your first IT job, but a long tech career. CompTIA Tech also is committed to providing tuition support through grants for qualifying students – as we believe tech careers should be accessible to anyone with a dream and passion to pursue them.
