Chart Learning Solutions are launching Women’s Leadership Development Program utilizing the latest techniques in online learning and live/digital coaching in groups.
This is not only about learning Leadership skills but as important building connections, increase communication and to create a community that comes from interaction between the group members.
In the Women’s Leadership Development Program, we address questions relevant for women in career, give room for discussions and sharing. The program can be international, national or regional and we tailor the program for your needs.
We build the programs based on Accountability, this means that members officially or unofficially “report” their progress to the Coach and other members in the group as they work through the tasks and projects that will get them to their big goal. This will make the members feel motivated and creatively inspired throughout the time we have together.

Each course includes a post assessment and the Application Activity forms will allow the participant to apply the learnings in their own scenario and environment.
