Overview of Course Objectives
Week 1
- Introduction to Chart Learning Solutions – an overview, access to Coach
and marketing material - The Performance Assurance System – Reading assignment
Week 2 – 6 - Weekly upload to your assigned Coach
- Coaching and Mentoring – Course training to understand different coaching aspects and work with the Training Accountability Platform
Week 5 - Understand different delivery formats and how you can tune to different client needs
Week 7 - Additional Reading assignment on the GROW coaching
methodology - Understanding pricing toward your customer
Week 8
- Formal examination – Understand learner scoring and how to coach
them to reach their objectives - Certifications sent to the Certified Chart Coach
Course delivery details
The training is performed over a 2-months period. Your effort is about 2-3 hours per week to pass the exam. All meetings are virtual meetings online.
