Creating an Inclusive Workplace
Lawsuits and related cases involving Workplace Harassment issues are on the rise in today’s work environment. These situations have dramatically impacted organizations with lost revenue and lost productivity. Companies believe that all employees should be able to enjoy a work environment free from ALL forms of harassment and discrimination. As a result of this workshop, participants will be able to expand their understanding and definition of Workplace Harassment. Participants will also learn which everyday behaviors are considered harassment, ways to prevent violating harassment policies and procedures, as well as understand their individual role in creating an inclusive environment.
