Course description
Certification bodies often complain that when it comes to audit-time determination, IAF Mandatory Documents 1, 5, and 11 are prescriptive and make determining audit time too complicated. This course was developed to help demystify the content of these documents, demonstrate how these documents should be used in combination, and help commercial and technical staff understand that the documents allow flexibility to consider each potential client on a case-by-case basis. Case studies are used to help participants understand how these Mandatory Documents work together for determining credible audit times.
