The university certificate course is ideal for everyone who is interested in the contents of this further education and would like to educate themself personally and professionally.
Admission requirements:
- A-level/High school diploma or
- Completed professional education or
- 3 years of work experience
Training content
Focal points:
- Overview of the nervous systems and its anatomy and physiology.
- Basic mechanism of the nervous systems, in particular emotion, cognition and behavior.
- Pharmacological treatments used for mental health and their interaction with neurotransmitters.
- Basics of genetic, including methods and current debates.
Course delivery details
Distance learning course, self-learning concept, without/less contact to other students.
10 – 15 working hours per week
