Course description
ITIL® 4 Specialist: Monitor, Support and Fulfil - eLearning (exam included)
ITIL 4 Specialist: Monitor, Support, and Fulfil is a series of the ITIL 4 Practice Manager modules that helps individuals demonstrate their understanding and implementation of the principles contained in the five ITIL Management Practices to maximize value at both the strategic and operational levels. These practices include ITIL 4 Incident Management Practice, ITIL 4 Service Desk Practice, ITIL 4 Service Request Management Practice, ITIL 4 Monitoring and Event Management Practice, and ITIL 4 Problem Management Practice.
Why this course?
ITIL 4 Specialist: Monitor, Support and Fulfil is designed for IT professionals who want to take their careers to the next level. This certification is designed to equip individuals with the skills and knowledge needed to ensure operational excellence by monitoring vital performance indicators, providing support to the service value chain and executing end-to-end service delivery. Earning this certification demonstrates an individual's commitment to achieving operational efficiency, delivering value to customers and contributing to the growth of their organization.
What is included?
ITIL 4 Specialist: Monitor, Support and Fulfil is one of three batches of the ITIL 4 Practice Manager (ITIL PM) stream. It consists of five modules, each based on an individual ITIL practice.
- ITIL 4 Practitioner: Incident Management
- 'ITIL 4 Practitioner: Monitoring and Event Management'
- ITIL 4 Practitioner: Problem Management
- ITIL 4 Practitioner: Service Desk
- ITIL 4 Practitioner: Service Request Management
How do you achieve certification?
To achieve this qualification, candidates must take and pass all five ITIL 4 Practitioner exams in the series. Alternatively, candidates can opt for the combined ITIL 4 Specialist: Monitor, Support and Fulfil, which allows five ITIL Practices to be covered by taking only one exam instead of five. In this case, candidates need only take one 90-minute certification exam instead of five separate exams of 30 minutes each.
Once certified in ITIL 4 Monitor, Support and Fulfil, candidates must complete ITIL 4 Specialist: Create, Deliver and Support to achieve the ITIL 4 Practice Manager (ITIL 4 PM) qualification.
To access all of these exams, candidates must hold the ITIL 4 Foundation certificate.
