The ITIL® 4 Specialist: High-Velocity IT course is designed to enable practitioners to explore how digital organisations and digital operating models work in so-called High-Velocity environments.

The course includes the use of working methods such as Agile and Lean, as well as technical methods and techniques such as Cloud, Automation and Automatic Testing. The focus of these methods and techniques is on rapid delivery of products and services to get maximum value.

EXAM AND CERTIFICATION

Prerequisites

To be able to benefit from the course, the participant should have taken ITIL Foundation or have equivalent knowledge.

Exam and Certification: Online!

The exam will be taken online giving you the convenient choice of writing the exam at home or in the office. What we need is a computer with internet for the exam and webcam (ProctorU). The exam is included in this ITIL4 eLearning package.
