Dr. Lola Gershfeld is an organizational psychologist, author of "Emotional Connection", "The EmC Strategy", and "The Connected Culture", and founder of EmC Leaders where she works with individuals, teams, and organizations helping them to master the art of relationships.

As an HR manager, CFO, and board member, she witnessed the struggles people had with workplace conflicts. She made it her mission to find the answer. After years of research, education, and personal revelation, she discovered that the answer lies in creating strong relationships through emotional connection.
