The program focuses on leadership and organizational development theory, models, and application including motivational leadership, culture, systems thinking and change management. Participants will learn how to fulfil the advance role of HR Business Partner by using methodologies and tools to lead organizational change, plan for effective transition, develop strategies that help shape and move the organization towards its business vision. Business executives recognize the important impact that human capital has on the effective operation of the business. This program goes beyond administration and focuses on developing the HR professional’s ability to interpret business dynamics and translate them into human capital implications.

The educational component of the program consists of two 8-week classes. Course requirements include readings, online lecture, video, articles, case reviews, discussion boards, and web conferences.

Course delivery details
This a 16-week distance learning program, non-credit track in the program that covers four 8-week courses. The certificate uses a cohort-based, peer learning approach and integrates case studies for key concepts. Monthly Expert Forums are part of the curriculum with talks by specialists in the field. All aspects of the program are taught by experienced professionals.
Participants will begin in the Spring semester and attend a virtual classroom that can be accessed from anywhere in the world.
Costs
Cost for the program is $7,500 (USD) for the entire certificate. Payment must be made before the first day of class begins.
