Disconnects often exist between the producers of any organizational solution and the business users who need the functionality that the project will provide. For this reason, a sound, foundational understanding of business analysis is a critical factor in project success. In addition to performing the more widely recognized tasks such as defining project requirements and developing the business case justification, the business analyst also must ensure that organizations are pursing the “right” projects by working collaboratively with the business to identify and define solutions that will maximize the value delivered to stakeholders. In today's demanding marketplace, employers need business analysts with the skills to work effectively across all levels of an organization. Business analysts who have the ability to define strategy and create the enterprise architecture are highly sought-after, as are those with the expertise to define and manage project requirements.
PMCentersUSA offers professional business analysis training in alliance with the University of Pittsburgh Katz Graduate School of Business Center for Executive Education. PMCentersUSA is an Endorsed Education Provider (EEP) for the International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA). The organization, which is headquartered in Pittsburgh, is dedicated to the advancement of business and project professionals through comprehensive business analysis courses, Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) examination preparation courses as well as customized private training, consulting, mentoring, and coaching for organizations.
All of the business analysis courses from PMCentersUSA are designed to meet the standards established by the IIBA in its A Guide to the Business Analysis Body of Knowledge(BABOK). In addition, all of the courses include proven best practices based on the learnings of the experienced instructor team. BA courses from PMCentersUSA will provide you with the knowledge and essential skills needed to expand your capabilities as a business analyst in this fast-growing discipline.
Business analysis (BA) course offerings from PMCentersUSA are designed to be taken as stand-alone workshops to meet immediate needs pertaining to all aspects of the discipline. Through these programs, students will learn core BA concepts to make better decisions and apply business analysis tools, tips, and techniques for more effective results in estimating, requirements elicitation, and use case development.
