Course delivery details
The program consists of six 2-hour interactive lecture sessions, based on specific learning objectives for each of the topic areas mentioned above. Sessions will be delivered via Zoom meetings. The program also includes weekly quizzes and problem-solving through short cases, along with spreadsheet-based tools and techniques for supply chain design, inventory management and optimization of sourcing and distribution networks. A basic knowledge of MS Excel is required.
