Coaching Candid Feedback
As leaders, we need to coach all employees whether it is for engagement or to change behavior or attitude. Providing candid feedback can be difficult for managers to grasp. Often, managers say they do not want a decrease in productivity after a conversation, or even damage to the relationship. During this session, participants will be actively engaged in an array of virtual techniques to ensure retention of concepts for how to coach effectively using trust-building techniques and conversation starters.
